Regional Manager

Basic Requirements:

• Prior experience necessary (opportunity to move into this position after minimum 1 season as Territory Manager)
• Manages/oversees Territory manager and company on the ground operations
• Monitors and takes action to ensure company targets are being met
• Handles high priority customer service issues
• Monitors employee performance
• Need to make themselves available for overtime work in from their start date till the end of June

• They are required to work full-time
